Our seasonal cocktail of the month, made from only the finest spirits. All the recipes for these cocktails have been developed by our Creative Director, and award-winning bartender, Joe Schofield. The cocktails will change every month and will be seasonally focused. Think: Spring Negronis, Summer Spritzes and Winter Manhattans! Boxes come with either 2, 4 or 10 serves inside.

2 x 50ml samples & perfect serves from one of our Independent Brand Partners. Each month we will showcase one of the Independent brands that we have used in the cocktail and highlight their product through tasting notes, the perfect serve recipe and all the liquids required.

Cocktail of the month – The Strawberry Spritz

A deliciously light, fruity and fun sparkler this month, marrying the delights of Victory Bitters from Victory Distilleries in Hackney, our SCHOFIELD’S Dry Vermouth, Wild Strawberry Liqueur & Orange Bitters. Just pour over ice and top with the HUN Sparkling Rose we have thoughtfully provided!

A lovely light, delicately sweet and aromatic Moscato from South Africa. The perfect bubbles to enhance the Strawberry Spritz - Moscato Rose Sparkling Wine / Low ABV 5.5% / Vegan / Fairtrade

Mystery Amaro – Nonino Amaro ‘Quintessentia’

A real favourite of ours, this classic Amaro comes from Nonino, the famed Grappa producers of Friuli in Northern Italy who have been distilling since 1897. This is a whole grape grappa, infused with alpine roots, flowers and herbs before being finished in ex-wine & sherry casks. Exceptional.

Perfect Serve – Victory Bitters & Indian Tonic (Serves 2)

Showcasing these enigmatic and strikingly bold Bitters, handmade in Hackney using 28 botanicals these are part of the new wave of English bitters, putting their Italian counterparts. Lighter in sugar, complex and herbal, they really are something special. Perfectly balanced with the foil of the London Essence Tonic, very much a favourite of ours
